First of all, holy crap the new Blogger layout scares me. I checked it out in draft and it reminds me too much of Wordpress. There's a reason I use Blogger over Wordpress and it's because of the simple interface. Sure, it's not the prettiest thing out there but it gets the job done. Who cares how it looks, really. Anyway, since The Players Republic is the go-to destination for my writings about most stuff, this blog will end up being mostly personal projects and thoughts about life. Not so much reviews or opinions on video games or stuff like that unless I link you to something else I wrote. If there's writing on here I guess it'll be creative or just random. For example, the song after the break is the catchiest damn thing I've ever heard in my life. The UK kicks America's ass when it comes to pop music.
And that music video is ridiculous! That particular video cuts off the really crazy parts at the beginning and end, but it's also the only version not from VEVO. I hate those damn guys.
In other news, I have a Google+ account now and I've added a button to the sidebar so people can follow me. Since G+ aslo doubles as a much better Twitter, I'll definitely be using it for that purpose. I use my Twitter for contests because I've never been able to justify it's supposed usefulness. Google+ also has Google integration (duh!) which makes it easy for people to find you. In short, I like it. If you have it, you should add me to your followers circle. If you don't, well I actually have invites to give out if you're willing to provide an e-mail address.
Also, the blog has a favicon!
